I think that it's fair to say that regardless of solid service the

ability to control expenditure is what funders are looking for.


There would have to be lots of changes before anyone bailed out NET IMP

assuming they do.


There offices are very expensive in central London......as is their hand

made board room table!


boo.coms' ability to spend millions with limited financial controls has

really put a dampener on fund raising by management without detailed

expenditure plans and a strong financial control function.
