UKNM: Recruiting Sales Execs

Does anyone know of any good media sales executives out there?

I'm the New Media manager of Hill Publishing, London and its proving to be a

difficult task to find any decent media sales people, let alone new media

sales people. Agencies don't seem to work any more.
