You're probably bang-on with you're first point but I'm just the messenger

so gun back in holster.  The dude that was working on the project, learning

as he went along, just pulled the pin and has left us in the lurch.  If we

need to go back to square one then so be it... then again, I'm not the one

who signs the cheques.
