UKNM: Building online communities

Hi,


I was wondering if anyone could recommend an agency with expertise in

building online communities.


We are looking at ways of working with experts and moderators and how

various offerings such as ask the expert, forums, polls, email distribution

lists, hosted chat etc can be integrated together and made most useful to

the user.
