For the telecom side of things you should talk to a magazine called
Communications News, published by Nexus in Swanley, Kent. It's a trade
publication that covers the telecoms sector for Euorpe and should provide
you with a good starting point. Sorry! It's been a long time since I dealt
with anyone on the editorial side, so I can't give you a contact name.
