DON'T GET ME STARTED ON THAT ONE!!!!!
Almost certainly Let'sbuyit.com (b*st*rds!) It finally got my Christmas tree
(ordered end of October 1999) to me at 4:00pm Christmas Eve. We told the
delivery guy to shove where the sun don't shine - and I didn't mean the Nole
Pole.
I got a full refund in the end and a Virgin voucher for a tenner - but I'd
NEVER buy ANYTHING from let'sbuyit.com again.
