The IDM information centre says....

"I suggest he looks at the British Code of Advertising and Sales Promotion
http://www.asa.org.uk/ or the DMA Code of Conduct (available from the DMA
020 7321 2525). Mind you he shouldn't run a prize draw without seeking
advice from a solicitor."
