Subject: UKNM: Call Centres and Pieces of String (as long as a)

Anyone know how much I should be paying per call for a small outsourced
one-off inbound and outbound project? Or how I should expect the pricing
to be offered to me?

Also, if anyone has done this in the past how did you make your choice of
supplier? What criteria did you judge them on? What do I need to watch
out for?

I know call centres aren't the most interesting of netmarketing
applications so private replies would be fine. Many thanks for any
guidance you can give
