UKNM: Interactive TV prediction

How does this compare with any opinions out there:


1) BiB (soon to rebrand, and confuse even more people) will get up and going

on SkyDigital fairly soon.


2) A similar walled-garden interactive platform will emerge on OnDigital in

the same timeframe.


3) Meanwhile UK Intenet usage will continue to grow and outpace DTV take-up

well into the new millenium.


4) The popularity of the Internet and the failure of ONDigital and

SkyDigital's systems to provide it on the telly will create a demand for

.....


5) WebTV, which will do a deal with whichever DTV supplier looks like

dominating.


Why else would Microsoft keep a working product "on trial"?
