Re QXL discussion.


Two things surprised me about the QXL prospectus - how few customers they

actually had (compared to say Last Minute) and how misleading the revenue figure

could be (it's gross revenue from which they take an auctioneers commission - a

bit like valuing an ad agency through the billings).
