i think the regulator is handling the rollout. i'd wait 18 months before
putting adsl speed services into a consumer website (only ritchey rich
would buy at the opening price) or budget to subsidise the connection cost
for a while.

we're doing stuff for the adsl trial - one of our own sites and one of
virgin records. it's great to worry less about bandwidth, but you still
have to limit what you expect the client environment to handle, especially
if you're chucking more and bigger stuff at them.
