There's a free B2B site about to be launched for small to medium companies -
buy.co.uk. It offers savings or deals in various categories such as
utilities, recruitment, mobiles, cars, print, stationery etc.
In short, using centrally negotiated deals to offer best of breed suppliers
and savings.
We're involved with them in an unrelated capacity (ie technical help desk).
