if it's a matter of keeping a simple site up to date (ie, the templates
stay static), then go see the likes of www.ivision.co.uk and purchase their
simple home-grown browser-based content management system - leave the
source (ie the template design) to the experts and their copies of homesite
(I always throw away CVs which include the word FrontPage, natch)
