Windows-M always works for me. But them I'm not freelance. If you're a

Mac user - well the manual is out of the question 'cos you're allergic

to them, so I suggest that Ctrl-Cmd-"That button on the top right"

should do it. Thats if you are able to press three buttons at once, with

your (atrophied from only using a one button mouse) flipper like hands.
