10 years ago, when I was doing Oracle's PR, this story was told to me by

several Oracle senior execs. Except the speech was to Harvard alumni - Larry

was picking up an award from them. The speech ended with Larry being given

his award, with the words "here's your award, you know where you can stick

it". Everyone heard, as the mike was still switched on.  Having once had the

pleasure of lunch with the obnoxious arsehole I believe every word of the

story - and there are plenty more where that came from.
