'er Rob whadaya mean .tv is a "con".

.tv show open and honest pricing and indeed offer an open and honest
alternative for domain names....

if you don't want one, or want to use one, then don't buy one...

look at einstein.tv for the einstein channel and watch out for others that
will be using a .tv

sure it is more expensive than others, but it makes some speculators think
twice before buying to offer at a later date...

yep, bunder.tv is good for me! just like other friends I know who have
their own name, call it sheer vanity (alright, yes it is pure vanity and
nothing else....)

But overall .tv is a growing business and one that will grow...

cash two ways:

1) Idiots running to buy domains in a speculative manner, in the hope that
someone will want to buy "nbc-america.tv" off them for gazillions of
dollars.

2) Corporations rebuying their company name in the .tv domain space to stop
someone else buying it first.

The only time I've seen it used publicly was for the Emmy awards. And
emmys.tv just redirected to the abc.go.com site (part of the Disney empire)

The two interesting thing which the .TV registrar brought to the market were
