"sue your lawyer for getting it wrong"????? You've got to be joking!
Lawyers never make unambiguous statements about what you can and can't do,
they only give highly qualified opinions (highly qualified in the sense that
there is never any come back on them), and in my experience, never leave
themselves open for any kind of retribution when their opinion turns out to
be crap. <leaves himself wide open for a barrage of counterpoints> Anybody
know of a case where a lawyer was sued for giving "his opinion"?
