UKNM: Email Ad Rates

A little while back some of you kindly pointed me in the right direction 

regarding banner advertising rates and companies acting as clearing houses 

for such. Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction for 

finding out the going rate for text advertising on email mailing lists and 

any companies that specialise in placing such ads etc?
