Ray, you might want to talk to Townpages, based in Winchester


www.townpages.co.uk who are in the kiosk & web design business, targeting
localcouncils.

They offer advertising within their sites, where each site is a town - hence
the name.

Currently they only have a few towns on their books (3 or 4 I think), but you
never know.
