Sanjay:
I believe the games platforms (PS, SEGA whatever) will play a very vital role getting masses online, in that, given the right approach, the gaming community will appreciate and will utilise content that will enhance gaming (cheat sheets, shortcuts/hints, reviews, demos, player-advice, tournaments/sweepstakes) as well as the opportunity to play games vs. others online. My PS gathers dust unless the 'lads' are over for a night of gameplay. If I could go online and play others - from my living room, on my 32 inch TV...I'd do it! Multi-player games would also keep the 'lads' happy...my team vs yours etc. If its done right, and the technology allows quick access and gaming, home consoles will play a huge role in getting people online...again, even its for tips and hints...
