yes, but look at how much they will charge if you wish to transfer from them
to someone else, so it really is not a great deal if you need to transfer!

As the site says:

only charge you can incur is 29+vat if you
want to move the domain
away within the first two free years, which is
fair since you are under
no obligation to buy more services.
