Put the processes in from day one - and make sure they'll scale up - you'll
(or your client will) be too
busy when up and running to back track and reorganise in retrospect. I've
seen friends go 6 to 12 months and then have to sort out a mountain of
confused paperwork when they should be focussing on other things.
