This experience matches mine - I ordered three CDs on a promotion they were

doing with HP called 'pyramid something or other' and the last one (each

mailed individually, just for economy of scale) arrived eight (count 'em)

weeks later after I threatened them with shopping them to Hewlett Packard.

Anyone else had dealings with these cowboys?  I ordered a cd august 16th and

have still not received, I've emailed twice asking for it and they have now

had the audacity to not only blame the petrol crisis on the lack of

delivery, but to try and entice me to buy more by offering a "10% of all

products in store"!!
