Okay, I've found (hopefully!) a way forward, give Angela at Trading
Standards in Wrexham a ring on 01978 296067 with your order no and she will
try to track down the order for you...

Lindsey
Yeah - I ordered 5 cd's from them as part of their 'any album for 6.90 inc
delivery' offer through Ybag.com back in June. The offer was 'too good to
be true' and (predictably) the CD's failed to turn up even after a lot of
chasing.
They rarely reply to emails so I took to calling them, on one such occasion
the drone I was speaking to put me through to 'Neil', very brash, very
'salesman' claiming to be the MD. Apologies, apologies and some guff about
how Ybag had twisted his Marketing Director's arm into offering a deal that
was so generous that they had been inundated, with market traders he
suspected (like I give a shit). In the end, could he offer me a free CD -
anything I wanted from the top 20, just email him directly (if you want his
email address, Lindsey, let me know off list) and he would make absolutely
sure that it was dispatched, that was 19/07/00 -still haven't got it and I
was getting no reply to my emails.
Eventually I sent a fairly unpleasant email to 'Neil' and cc'd to every
email address I could get from the web site & previous messages, and I
finally got a reply from this Neil jerk, it had been sent out but he would
send out another copy, could I confirm my address. That was only last week
but I still haven't had it. Like you say - cowboys, giving the industry a
bad name etc. etc.
And they can't spell - if they're giving you 10% of all stock and they've
offered me another 10%, who are the other 8 people ? If we all claim our
share will they go out of business ?
David
