Ed,

Don't even f*%^#@! go there. I've been at Quokka for almost 6 months now and
I cannot remember a single week where we haven't had problems with at least
one part of the data having to be reloaded (and therefore not included in
our internal reports until the following week). It is supposed to be very
good, but my feeling is that NetGenesis is probably better. You should give
Paul Holland a call because he was the one who did the analysis for us at
365 when we invested in NetGenesis and he also has more experience in using
it than I do.
