Hi Tim

Only ones I can think of are eurobet and the online versions of the bricks
and mortar ones - not entirely sure but I think Ladbrokes and the tote have
an online partnership.

Also nearly did the PR for a dot com called worldpunt - might be worth
seeing if they're still going. In addition to taking bets on the ususal
they also developed software for virtual games.
