We currently use both Lyris (via Sparklist.com) and Postmastergeneral to
handle mailings over 50,000.

However as their servers are located in the US, you do need to ensure that
your clients are covered by the Data Protection Act to send the data to the
states.

Bearing this in mind we have setup a mailing server in the UK to handle
small to medium size lists (up to 50,000).
