Your experience really sums up online customer loyalty = there is none.
Shopping at site A and shopping at site B is merely a few key strokes away.
Those that perform well will get the custom and those that don't will fail.

The only way to inspire a level of 'loyalty' into your customer base to
outperform your competition every time. A tough order for any business.

It's one-all as far as my experience with these two are concerned. A few
weeks ago I ordered a book from BOL and delivery was promised within 48
hours. Amazon had same book with delivery time of two weeks. BOL delivered
on time, Amazon lost sale.

Yesterday, reverse situation occurred. Book arrived from Amazon this
morning and, even though it was more expensive, beats waiting two weeks for
same from BOL.

Moral(s) of story: time is money, you get what you pay for, service rules,
we live in a instant gratification society etc. waa, waa, waa.

By the way, I sent all those emails re Borrowrob? to their customer service
address (names deleted) asking them to redeem themselves in the front of the
forum. No reply as yet...
