In a recent Channel 4 poll, 95% of Brits make a New Year resolution -
'getting fit' and 'saving money' is the most popular, and over half of those
who make a resolution abandon them after a month. The hardest thing about
keeping a resolution is doing it on your own - more than half of those
surveyed find having the same resolution as others motivating, so the 95% of
Brits who make a resolution will be keen to hear about the latest initiative
we're promoting for Channel 4, and created by Mint Digital, which leverages
the power of social media and peer support to help you achieve your New Year
resolutions.

New Year Revolution is a 31-day challenge, featuring 3 life-changing
revolutions and provocative daily missions from Channel 4's new TV
presenters including Mrs Moneypenny from SuperScrimpers and the trainers at
Fat Fighters.

The challenge is fully integrated into Twitter and Facebook which allows
your social networks to see what you're up to and offer support. Users will
be encouraged with videos clips from each presenter and will be able to
tweet and post a message on Facebook about their completed mission, as well
