Ladies and Gentlemen,

 

We've teamed up with Mark Francis, the debonair socialite and star of E4's
hit show Made in Chelsea for our latest digital PR + social media campaign
for Tate.

 

Mark appears in a new film in which he reveals his passion for art. The film
celebrates Tate Britain's extensive collection of British Work from 1500 to
the present day.

Mark feels drawn to the work of the artist Cerith Wyn Evans, finding great
resonance in 'Inverse Reverse Perverse' 1996, a concave mirror that distorts
the reflections of those gazing into it. He remarks that "(it) distorts
everything it reflects in the moment, just like the lens of a camera." He
also shares another all-time favourite work of art, namely Turner's 'Bay of
Baiae with Apollo and Sibyl' 1823, praising its use of light and
tranquillity. 

 

Other names to take part in our campaign include fashion designer Vivienne
Westwood, newsreader Jon Snow and musician Ghostpoet.
