This courses aim is to offer a non-technical but comprehensive introduction to the inter-related world of TV production- teaching all you need to know to manage a successful production.

A one-day workshop for covering the basic elements of production management including managing a team, scheduling, budgets and paperwork. Open to freelancers who have broadcast credits or two years’ professional experience working in TV and Digital Media production.
