There is no one correct answer to this.
If you have a single path for the viewer to take, then a single movie is
often the right answer.
If you have multiple paths that have little or no interaction and only a
small amount of graphics shared between them then multiple movies may be
a better answer.
At some point hugh files become unmanageable.
What happens when the person wants to visit the section that loads last,
first.
