You need to double click the banner (which is actually a button I assume) and go to the actions tab.


It should look like this


Get Url



On(Release)

	Get URL

End On


In the URL box type in the url and in the window drop down type in whatever you desire.


What you have probably done is attach the action to the keyframe instead of the button. Remove the action from the keyframe.
