Yes. (:

I thought you were implying that you had QT4, and it choked. This is good
news.

I don't have D7 installed on this machine, but a firm I work closely with
does, and haven't reported anything, QT4 *should* have
clean-backwards-compatiblity, but it is in Beta. That said, the Beta team
for QT4 is huge, and most are graphics pros. I'd say with reasonable
certainty you shouldn't have much of a problem.

As far as the pain of reinstalling, just backup your QT3 extents and
plugins to a separate folder, and if QT4 gives you trouble, just drag
them back in in place of the QT4 stuff.

It does not replace your QT3 folder and player-components, only your
extents.

Switching back is less than a minute and a reboot.
