A convoluted answer from the "queen of convolution" as I've been called.
You could save your mc as a separate swf, then load it as a movie into an
empty mc and its upper left corner will be in the center of the mc it is
loaded into, then you could rotate that one.
wellll....told you it was convoluted.

i have an excuse...have been doing taxes all day. Half year in Oregon, half
