You can ignore that part of the Photoshop interface... although this *can*
have an effect on the file, it's rarely a critical effect.

Most programs handle interlacing/filter choices for you, and let you choose
the color depth, but hey, you know how people gush about that Adobe
interface.... ;-)

(Caveat: While you *can* use alpha PNG in Flash, please be advised that the
filesize is usually perceptibly greater than 8-bit PNG... still potentially
useful, but would be worthwhile to check its practicality in any particular
project.)
