You could fake it in Flash 4 using the various VR fakes at Flashkit.com,
Flashmasters.nu etc. You could use Nemo, or one of the other interactive Web
3d formats such as Hypercosm, maybe Shout?, etc. However, the way to do it
without spending any $ would be to render a QTVR object out of RayDream
(assuming RD can do this as Bryce, ID, etc. can), then download the 30 day
demo of VRtoolbox (vrtoolbox.com) with which you can create hotspots, etc.
There are some 3d extras (in additon to Nemo) that you can use with
shockwave, but the all require the downloading of an additional extra and/or
are platform limited...
If you don't need 'real' VR, ie just need to rotate the model in one plane
then Vecta or Swift with the Flash VR hacks mentioned above would work. As
long as you don't mind 'toonish' rendering;).
