Using QT Pro (~30$ from apple.com) set the in/out points of your range of
frames, then File:Export image sequene. You can then import this image
sequence into Flash.

If you have MCP you can export the QT as a Real Player file. Works ok if the
QT is not to compressed, better to have him/her give you an uncompressed QT
(or component or video codec) and Make the rm from this file. Like with
images, the least compressed it can be before final web compression, the
better.

Real has a free 'Producer' for transferring AVIs to .rms. You can export the
QT to avi using QT Pro, Premiere, etc.
