I think one thing that has been missing from this

conversation, is this advice:


When looking at salaries, and how much you think

you're worth, think of it this way:


How much money and profit can you make your boss?


That's what it all comes down too. And if you can

convince a potential employer with cold, hard, facts

that they can be profitable from your actions, that is

the point where you have real negotiating power.
