FLASH: BP: way OT - win98?

Hi all...

I was recently installing Win98 on someone else's computer for them, and I

noticed there was the option to install something called "Wavetop

Broadcasting" - or something like that...


I thought it said you could view web pages with a TV Tuner card - how is

this done?

Is it by teletext or something? And is however they broadcast it, running in

the UK?

Anyone know anything about it - I'd never heard of it before...
