Cool tip. That salary calculator is fun to play with! And it does seem to be

pretty accurate from what I've seen.


One thing though, all other things being equal, it says that an HTML expert

would pull a higher salary than a Flash expert. Could this be calculating based

on Flash 3 instead of 4? Or maybe they're taking into account the

wider/universal applications of HTML over Flash? Still doesn't seem right.
