FLASH: awesome praystation text effect - any clues?

- I want to get info on how to do this effect, and thereafter how to add

extra names and button-enable each word.


Any ideas? At all?! I will have a list of photographers in alphabetical

order, this will obviously change and I want to be able to insert new names

easily.
