Sorry to jump in but I just realized this is the same effect I used on my

site. Check out http://www.reydo.com and rollover the menu button and select

portfolio. Then select Identity from the menu there. You'll see a really

fast version that also supports alpha tweening and scaling all done in code.

I must say I did it all myself and am damn proud of that. So, take a look.

I'm working on a tutorial right now.
