You won't be able to accept credit charges without a merchant account.
I used to be associated w/ skipjack.com -they do credit card verification.
They have some big clients (monster.com, compaq). They do per transaction
billing.
You'll need shopping cart software on the web server as well as some form of
database
the web site can post to.

I am trying to do a website where the client pays online to get permission
to download a video. It would cost PER download..
anyon have any ideas how to do this, set this up...exmples of such a thing?
Also need recommendation for a respectable on line credit card
acceptance/e-commerce compamy that would handle the billing and NOT ChARGE
TOO MUCh.
If I can avoid getting a merchant account ...even better. THANKS
