I've never heard of this, and doubt that's what's happening. More likely
you have the sounds individually set to ADPCM or to uncompressed. Unless
the export setting is checked to Override individual settings , the
individual settings take precedence. use Generate Size Report and look at
the resulting *.txt file to see how each sound is being compressed.
