Sorry, Persio. It's not a MS decision. It's a Federal Law. Strong

ecription is under the same laws as ammunition and guns. You never

noticed Netscape is also 40bits encription only when downloaded from

outside USA? 


If some innocent people in the list send a copy of MS Explorer (or any

critography program with keys over 40bits) and FBI knows, the guy will

be in DS, faster than you can say "Mulder, help me". 


Bill Gates is not the cause of all the evil in the world, you know...
