OK, I bet that what's happening is you are uploading the content from
Mac to your server, and from PC to your server -- that is, you're
uploading directly from te machine which created the content, yes?

If this is the case, set the FTP upload on the PC side of things to
*binary*, not ASCII. (Check the PC's FTP program's docs for more on how
to set the transfer to binary.)

That should fix it.
