Actually, I used to live there. Not using DST is much more reasonable
than resetting your clocks twice a year, living under the illusion that
this catually changes the flow of time in some fundamental fashion.
IOW Arizona's (and Hawaii's) scheme of using a clock as a clock is
normal; it's changing clocks seasonally, when you think about it, that's
weird.
