Just a thought and haven't tried it so it may not work but... possibly
Fontographer. I think you can go in and edit the font properties in it so
you would be able to rename the PC names to the MAC names and then when it
looked for the font it should pull the correct one. Don't have Fontographer
with me since I'm on vacation but it seems like a possibility.
