When in a Movie Clip you must Tell Target another MC or the main

timeline. 'Go to's only work on the timeline they are in (i.e. the MC's

timeline), there are never any scene choices inside a MC, so it is

grayed out.

It is highly recommended that you do not use scenes, as it limits many

advanced options in Flash.

Not with Scenes, it isn't.
